PIA BOLTE® – Return & Cancellation Policy

No Right of Cancellation & No Right of Return

All PIA BOLTE® products are exclusively custom-made:

• Print-on-Demand products are produced specifically upon order
• Couture jackets are custom-tailored

In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code (BGB), there is therefore no right of cancellation and no right of return.

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection

or determination by the consumer is decisive.

Consequences

 

• No returns
• No refunds
• No statutory cancellation

Returns due to reasons such as dislike, wrong size, or change of mind are excluded.

Goodwill arrangement (voluntary & without legal claim)

 

Out of pure goodwill, in individual cases, the following may be offered:

• an exchange for other goods or
• the issuance of a voucher

There is no entitlement to this.

Return shipping costs and new shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exception for Defects

 

Only in cases of demonstrable production or material defects will there be:

• Replacement delivery or
• Rectification
